Villa Features

• Follow the path and discover our fully private traditional Creole villa of 170 m2. Located in Pointe-Noire, 5 minutes from the Route de la Traversée, Gwad à bâbord can accommodate 2 to 7 people, open onto a very large terrace/deck of 100 m2 and its saltwater pool offering breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea.

• On your left, the Caribbean Sea. Whatever the time, this spectacle will amaze you! On your right, the house open onto its deck welcomes you. Enter its spacious living room, ventilated by ceiling fans, separated from the kitchen, super equipped and open, by a friendly bar that welcomes you. There you see the welcome basket! Behind you, the veranda and its lounge, its vegetated ceiling and plants, its hammock, allow you to rest, read, have an aperitif, play sheltered and quietly.

• Then gradually, you discover the three air-conditioned bedrooms equipped with mosquito nets, the dressing/wardrobe for your clothes, the ironing table and iron, the safe, the first aid kit, the mini sewing kit, a shower room and separate toilet, as well as a real outdoor shower, in addition to the simple pool shower, the TV lounge, and the office where you can store your empty suitcases.

• The pantry and laundry room are an extension of the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and 4 gas burners. The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and a laundry basket, clotheslines for drying. You will find coolers and bags for shopping or the beach, boules for boules, masks, and snorkels for snorkeling, as well as a barbecue. The parking for two cars is just behind the laundry room shutter, very convenient when coming back from the beach, a walk, or shopping. Outside, on the left, a sink also supplied with non-drinking rainwater, for rinsing, watering... On the right, a foot bath and just next to it the path of the start of the visit and the view of the sea...
